St. James/Good Shepherd Parishes, Menomonee Falls has an opening for an Assistant to the Pastor.
The Assistant to the Pastor reports directly to the Pastor/Parish Director and assists the pastor organizing ministries and/or administrative day-to-day operations at one or more sites, at the pastor’s designation.
The Assistant to the Pastor works closely with the pastor/parish director so as to increase the pastor’s availability for the sacramental, pastoral, and spiritual needs of the parish. The pastor maintains overall authority and responsibility for the welfare of the parish.
This position is a combination of weekday, weekend and evening hours, averaging 20-24 hours per week, not to exceed 28 hours per week.
