Help Needed

VARIOUS MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES HAVE IMMEDIATE NEEDS! ARE YOU BEING CALLED?

HOLY DUSTERS – are in need of more parishioners to help with Monday morning cleaning in the Church and Gathering Area. They start around 8:30 and spend about an hour vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the windows. If you can help, PLEASE stop in at 8:30 on any Monday! Call the parish office if you have any questions at 251-3944.

CAN YOU CARE FOR OUR PLANTS IN CHURCH? – This would take only 1 hour a week. If you are interested call Sue at 262-366-1211 or mangans@archmil.org

IF YOU NOTICE THE OUTDOOR PLANTS NEED WATER please consider helping by watering them. We can all help by watering these flowers when we see that they need it. You can get water from the kitchenette in the Gathering Space.

SUSSEX FOOD PANTRY counts on our St. James volunteers on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 9:00-Noon to provide assistance to their clients who shop there. No special skills are needed, and training will be provided.   JULY 13TH is coming up quickly and we need more volunteers. Please contact John or Louise Vos at 262-439-8559 or grammalou70@gmail.com

COULD YOU TEACH OUR SOAL SENIORS HOW TO PLAY CHESS, . . . COULD YOU LEAD A BOOK CLUB . . . OR IS THERE ANOTHER TALENT YOU COULD TEACH? Our classes in the Fall are held on Oct. 4, 11, 18, 25 & Nov. 8, & 15. There is also a need for help in preparing lunches for this program, so if you have some culinary skills and would like to help let us know. If you can help with either of these requests please contact Sue or Mary Ann at 262-251-0897.

COMMUNITY BANQUET VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED. Community Banquet is a free hot meal that offers fellowship throughout the community. The meal is served on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. The meal is open to all.   Our St. James team assists with setup/desserts/cooking & clean up 6 times a year. If you are interested in joining our team please contact Michele Trawicki at 414-412-7378 or trawmi@gmail.com.
